Product Description

Aluminium Foil- .

This foil is manufactured using premium quality aluminium and in compliance with market standards. Owing to its superior quality, fine finish and high moisture resistance, this aluminium foil is highly demanded in the market. Our foil include  Aluminium Blister Foil and Aluminium Blister Packaging Foil is widely used for packaging medicines, tablets and capsules.

Technical Specification 

 

  • Foil Material    : Full Hard (H18) aluminium of alloy grade AA-8011 conforming to Aluminium   association U SA, Specification.
  •  Foil thickness options  :   20 mic Thickness Blister foil ( +/- 8% tolerance) 25 mic Thickness Blister Foil (+/- 8% tolerance)
  •  Sealant / Heat Seal lacquer  : 4 to 6 gsm   / 6 to 8 gsm as per customer requirement.
  •  Foil surface option  One Side bright & other side matt. Printing on Dull surface or Bright surface as per customer requirements.

 

 Recommended Operating Condition:

  • Sealing Temperature  : 170 to 180 Degree Celsius
  • Sealing Pressure    : 2.8 to 5.6 Kg /Sq.Cm 40 to 80lbs/Sq. Inch
  • Dwell Time : 0.25 to 0.5 sec

  • Foil Material     :  Fully Soft (0 tion emper) Aluminium of Alloy of grade AA-8011  confirming to Aluminium Association, USA Specification.
  •  Foil Thickness  :30 mic Aluminium foil Poly ( +/-8% tolerance)
  •   40 mic Aluminium foil  Poly ( +/- 8% Tolerance)
  •  Sealant  :  Colorless polyethylene coating for sealing purpose, confirm to the applicable Government Regulation regarding direct contact with drugs and medicines.
  •  Foil Surface Options -  One side Bright other side Dull . Both sides Bright surface.

 

 Recommended Operating Condition:

  • Sealing Temperature   : 130 to 150 Degree Celsius
  • Sealing Pressure   : 2.8 to 5.6 Kg /Sq.Cm 40 to 80lbs/Sq. Inch
  • Dwell Time     : 0.25 to 0.5 sec

  • PP   : Lacquer 7-9 gsm + /- 1 %
  • PS /PVC/PET :  Lacquer 6-8 gms +/- 1 %
  • PE / HDPE   :  Film 150 gauge +/- 15 % gauge
